The Geneva Lakes area mixes year-round homes, second homes, and condos. Lake properties come with their own questions, so we ask them before you write an offer.
Things to check on lake-area homes: whether frontage, a pier, or lake access is deeded or shared; condo or HOA documents and fees; and the local short-term rental rules if you plan to rent it out, since those vary by municipality.
I helped a client buy a condo in Lake Geneva in 2026 — read what she said on the reviews page.
Homes for sale in this area are on the home search on the Yoo Realty Group team site. I do not keep a separate list here. Listings there are refreshed regularly; confirm status with me before you plan a showing.
First-time buyers and difficult-to-sell listings are my focus. Call or text 262.205.2463 or email p.spina@yoorealtygroup.com. Patrick Spina, Yoo Realty Group / Real Broker LLC, WI license 97503-94.

Find out whether the frontage, pier or lake access is deeded, shared or just used by habit. Read the condo or HOA documents and fees. If you plan to rent it out, check the local short-term rental rules, since they vary by municipality.
Yes. Under Wisconsin law, a condo buyer can cancel in writing, without giving a reason, within 5 business days after receiving all of the required condo documents (and again within 5 business days of any material amendment). Read the declaration, bylaws, rules, budget and executive summary in that window, and ask your attorney if anything is unclear.
